Representation to Registrar
On 4/12/2014 District officer of TGCGTA met Registrar of Telangana University Prof. Limbadri and felicitated him and gave the following representation to him.

On
behalf of the Telangana Government College Gazetted Teacher’s Association, Nizamabad District the
following issues are put forward for your consideration:
1)
The University should call for the
list of Lecturers working in various government colleges and accordingly all
duties concerning examinations should be assigned on rotation basis without
bias.
2)
Government Lectures should be given
priority in duties of conduction of Examinations, assignment of Question paper
setting, squad duties etc.
3)
Oral Communication should be replaced
by written orders in case of duties.
4)
Regular Lecturers should be assigned
duties of Chief Examiner (CE), irrespective of service.
5)
Regular Lecturers should be included
in Board of Studies (BOS) of various Departments.
6)
BOS meetings should be conducted at
the beginning of every academic year.
7)
Minimum basic facilities like
canteen, bus etc should be provided during the paper valuation
8)
Remuneration of Rs. 20/- per script
should be paid for paper valuation.
9)
As provided by Osmania University
Lodge allowance should be provided during paper valuation.
10) Remuneration
should be paid on the last day of the concerned duties.
11) TA/DA should
be provided based on distance.
12) Session wise remuneration should be paid for
squad and other examinations duties.
13) To maintain
strong academic relations with concerned departments in Government Degree
Colleges.
14) To accord
priority to Government College Lecturers who are NET/SET Qualified in admission
into Ph.D Courses (Part Time)
15) Memorandum
of marks should be dispatched to the respected colleges within two days of
announcement of the results.
16) Student
related uploading problems may be rectified.
17)To avoid
malpractices Regular Lecturers should be appointed as chief superintendents at
Private Degree Colleges.
